Real Transformation is Multi-Dimensional

I help busy midlife professionals prioritize their health and preserve longevity by moving and fueling their bodies better and maximizing their time, without creating more stress in the process. I work with men and women on long-term habit change, strength training for healthy weight loss, body recomposition for fat loss and muscle gain, proper nutrition, corrective exercise and mobility for movement optimization, prehab, and post-rehab.

I believe in evidence-based fitness and wellness programs that are tailored to the individual and include concepts that have a strong standing in the industry. I value my current and continuing education and use a multi-faceted approach that involves focusing on habit change and behavioral modification, along with mindset and environmental awareness. It is extremely important to nurture and balance all areas of our health because the mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and social “facets” of our health ultimately affect our physical one.

Additionally, proper body mechanics go a long way to not only promote better posture and decrease the likelihood of injury, but will carry you successfully into whatever means of exercise it is that you’d like to participate in. This is especially important after one experiences injury, surgery, illness, or carries and births a child as the body then requires unique progression through recovery and beyond.

It’s our responsibility to care for ourselves in every facet, to then care for others and carry out our unique purposes in this world. I believe everyone has God-given purpose while they’re on this earth, and our bodies are our physical vessels through which we fulfill that purpose.

When we move better, we feel better, and ultimately live better.
